Is there a free plan?+
We don't offer a free plan, but every plan comes with a 7-day free trial. You'll enter your card at signup, but won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial.
What counts as recovered revenue?+
Recovered revenue is any payment that was initially failed and then successfully collected while a Rezoki recovery job was active. This includes payments recovered through retries, email outreach, or voice calls.
Is there a contract?+
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
What happens when my trial ends?+
After your 7-day trial, your card on file will be charged for the plan you selected. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you charge for failed recovery attempts?+
No. Your subscription fee is flat — there are no per-recovery charges. Whether Rezoki recovers 1 or 100 payments, you pay the same monthly price.
